The Farm team has determined that the most flavorful expression of our ultra premium organic coffee is "City Roast Plus". this roast brings out the excellent aroma and taste complexities of our whole beans. We spent most of the day trimming back the upper field, carefully recombining the leaves back onto the soil to naturally add back the nutrients.
