This is one of the top coffees in the world, if not the best. What differentiates our cup of coffee from the next? A simple enough answer is we do things differently on our farm. Our farm has believed from it's inception that integrated agro-forestry was vital to the philosophy of our practices. Maintaining these 10 acres, as a sanctuary, for the creatures and plant life, who inhabited this farm before. This organic coffee is truly shade grown, shaded by the old growth trees indigenous, or planted eons ago by the ancient Hawaiians for food. We honor these traditions and have left the permaculture intact.
